Small Equipment Technician: Provides Small Equipment Service to include responding to customer information requests, answering phones, troubleshooting and solving mechanical /electrical issues; providing customer support with products (parts and service); providing customer training and support in the use of the product; ordering parts; completing deliveries on new and repaired units; occasionally setting up and attending trade shows. Conducting research and processing warranty claims through Original Equipment Manufacturer websites. Successful candidate will possess Mechanical/Electrical training and be proficient in Internet related applications.
